Your dream job
THE MANDATE
▶ Take charge of the management of various plant departments as required
▶ Plan, coordinate and organize the work of operators
▶ Contribute to changing the management culture
▶ Contribute to department performance using management depth tools
▶ Participate in the analysis of production data to assess the performance of production lines and propose adjustments accordingly
▶ Promote employee participation in identifying solutions to improve work processes and team performance
▶ Apply and enforce the current collective agreement
▶ Assess the learning and performance of employees on probation or in training
AND NOT TO FORGET:
▶ Carry out any other duties as required
Our dream candidate
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
▶ Holds a college degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing production
▶ Has 3 to 5 years' experience in personnel management, in a manufacturing and unionized environment
▶ Is bilingual (French-English), beginner level
▶ Has proven experience in continuous improvement
▶ Takes ownership of his projects and brings them to completion
▶ Carries the values of communication, transparency and collaborative work
▶ Is available on day and evening shifts - predefined schedule
▶ Can adapt to different departments and operational cultures
